ClassLink Sign In Issues Due to Amazon AWS
An update has been posted
We continue to experience issues scaling our services due to an ongoing AWS outage affecting multiple systems. According to AWS, the problem originated within the EC2 internal network.
Our team remains actively engaged with AWS as they work to identify and implement mitigations. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available. At this time, we do not have an ETA of when services will be restored.
Thank you for your continued patience as we monitor and respond to this issue.

Identified - Users trying to access ClassLink are getting an error page. ClassLink/Amazon are working to resolve the issue (no ETA).

Monitoring - It looks like things are possibly working, but I have not heard back from Google yet.
I was able to login to a chromebook and create a new profile, and see the chromebooks from the management tool.

Update - We have confirmed with Google that other sites are having similar issues still and Google is still working on a resolution.
It looks like students that have logged into a chromebook and had a profile on the chromebook may still be able to login to that chromebook. Students trying to login for the first time to a chromebook are returned to the login page, as it seems the chromebook can't create a new profile.
The chromebooks are also having trouble talking to the admin console to get update configuration info. This maybe the cause for not being able to create a new profile on the chromebook.

Identified - Google had a login issue this morning and has reported it as resolved. We are still experiencing issues with a few but not all chromebooks showing the incorrect login page.
